With the 2019 NHL Draft and Free Agency rapidly approaching, schedules are always soon to follow, and Philadelphia Flyers General Manager Chuck Fletcher has officially announced their preseason schedule for the 2019-20 season.
The Flyers will kick off their preseason activities with the annual Rookie Game on September 11th at 7:05 pm EST at the PPL Center against the New York Islanders, where Philadelphia will look for a second straight victory over their Metropolitan Division rivals as they defeated them 6-3 last year. We’ll likely see players like Morgan Frost, Isaac Ratcliffe, Joel Farabee, Matthew Strome, and Maxim Sushko participate in the yearly rookie clash as well as some current Lehigh Valley Phantoms.
