With the NHL offseason winding down and the dogs days of summer in full effect, more and more offseason move and power rankings are starting to come out from the national media outlets. General Manager and Team President Chuck Fletcher aimed to improve the Philadelphia Flyers in signing Kevin Hayes, trading for Matt Niskanen, Justin Braun, and Tyler Pitlick while re-signing the team’s Restricted Free Agents. The longtime NHL GM definitely thinks the Flyers will be better in 2019-20, or else he wouldn’t have made these moves, but what do the previously mentioned outlets and sportsbooks think?
