General Manager and Team President Chuck Fletcher has undoubtedly kept the Philadelphia Flyers busy this offseason. He traded for and subsequently signed Kevin Hayes to a seven-year, 50 million dollar contract, acquired defensemen Matt Niskanen and Justin Braun in separate deals with the Washington Capitals and San Jose Sharks, swapped Ryan Hartman for Tyler Pitlick, and made a couple more lower-level deals throughout the summer. Fletcher also brought in an almost entirely new coaching staff with Alain Vigneault at the head of it all, building the team into his vision of a winner.
