Well, it is here! Sort of. The Flyers are opening rookie training camp today down at the Skate Zone in Vorhees, NJ. On-ice activities begin at 9:45 AM today.
Reporting is all the young stars you can imagine. This could be a good time to see first-hand the young talent the Flyers have before most of them get sent back to Juniors. A glimpse of Ivan Provorov, Samuel Morin, Travis Sanheim, and Shayne Gostisbehere all together at once is enough to make a Monday (Eagles game aside).
Rookie training camp runs today, tomorrow and Wednesday, and is open to the public at 9:45.
