Hockey is finally here, Philadelphia Flyers fans. While it doesn’t hold a candle to the regular season or Stanley Cup Playoffs, the Rookie Camp and Game are still exciting in their own right as we get to watch future Flyers train and eventually compete against the New York Islanders prospects in an exhibition contest.
Philadelphia will have 28 players participating in this years’ camp, with 16 of them being forwards, nine being defensemen, and three guarding the crease. All of them will be worth watching, with some more than others. I’m going to highlight a couple I’m going to monitor through the next five days, beginning with the more obvious candidates.
