With the signing deadline looming, the Flyers were able to agree to terms with defensemen Linus Hogberg.
The Flyers had until Monday to sign Linus Hogberg or they would lose his rights. With a little under two days to go, they agreed to terms with the defensemen. He was signed to a two-year, entry-level contract this afternoon.
Drafted in the fifth round in 2016, Hogberg made his SHL debut at a 17-year old. Playing for Vaxjo Lakers, it took a few seasons for Hogberg to find his footing points wise.
