If you can recall to the 2018-19 season (It’s tough, I know), forward Claude Giroux was able to score his 700th career point in the November 17th overtime loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning, which helped him pass Rick MacLeish to sit fourth all-time among Philadelphia Flyers players in total scoring. Giroux went on to net 85 points (22 Goals, 63 Assists) in 82 games for the year, leading the Flyers in total points and assists.
Looking ahead to the 2019-20 campaign, it’s likely that the Flyers Captain will reach another milestone in the same category if he can produce at the level we’ve been accustom to seeing.
