I don’t think any Philadelphia Flyers player was put on blast by part of the fanbase more than Jakub Voracek this past season. The now 30-year-old forward started the year strong, scoring eight points in the first four games, but the teams’ eventual demise, his somewhat inconsistent play, and defensive led to a couple of fans turning on him. While I do believe some of the criticism he received was warranted, Voracek still was able to finish out the 2018-19 campaign with 66 points in 78 games, which was the third-highest point total of his career.
