The Flyers announced today that senior executive Paul Holmgren will be taking on a new role as a Senior Advisor to Dave Scott, the CEO and Govener of the team, and Chuck Fletcher, the team’s general manager.
Holmgren has been the Flyers president for the last five years and has spent a total of 40 years working within the organization.
“It’s been an honor to serve this franchise in many different roles throughout my life and I look forward to this next chapter,” said Holmgren via the official press release. “I approached Dave about my idea to step aside to spend more time with my family.
