Morgan Frost Adds More Skill To Already Talented Phantoms Team

There’s always a little disappointment when a highly-touted prospect doesn’t make the team out of camp, and in the Philadelphia Flyers case, Morgan Frost was no exception. While his arrival in the AHL is more due to a nagging groin injury that allowed him to play in just two preseason games instead of performance-based, it still doesn’t make the move any less discouraging. Frost was always going to face an uphill battle for a roster spot, though.

Prior to Nolan Patrick being sidelined with a migraine disorder, the 20-year-old was one of the many players in contention for the vacant third-line winger spot.
