Newly crowned General Manager Chuck Fletcher wanted to keep his young up and coming stars intact with the orange and black for years to come. He stayed true to his promise, as the Flyers officially announced the re-signing of Travis Konecny today for another six years ($5.5 million AAV).
Konecny does a little bit of everything, and he does it well. He will chip in on the power play, lay a big hit, block shots, and most of all do anything to help the team win.
