Flyers’ Tyson Foerster is showing he has next level at World Championships

At the 2025 IIHF World Championships, Tyson Foerster has really turned some heads with Team Canada and in the larger hockey world.

Foerster, playing primarily on a line with Sidney Crosby and Macklin Celebrini, hasn’t merely been a complimentary piece for the two superstars. Even without the gaudy scoring numbers that the top guys of the tournament have had, he’s been a legitimate driver of offense, a true menace along the boards, and a key piece of Canada’s attack.

Pure scoring wise, Foerster has scored two goals and registered one helper over the course of six games, but he has been so trusted by Canada’s coaching staff that he’s been elevated to the top-six.
