Flyers extend qualifying offers to Hart, Sanheim, and more

Less than 48 hours before the gates of free agency opens and the NHL turns into a clutch-and-grab league again with available players, the Philadelphia Flyers have qualified goaltender Carter Hart, defenseman Travis Sanheim, and forwards Connor Bunnaman and David Kase.

We have extended qualifying offers to the following four players:

• Connor Bunnaman
• Carter Hart
• David Kase

Essentially just a formality, these qualifying offers will keep these players rights in Philadelphia and won’t just let them walk into unrestricted free agency.
