Flyer prospects Cam York and Bobby Brink were recently named to Team USA’s selection camp for World Juniors

On Sunday night, Flyers draft pick Cam York learned that he will be joining Team USA to participate in the 2020 World Junior Championship that is scheduled to take place in late December. York, who has been playing with the University of Michigan ice hockey team Michigan Wolverines, has been putting up some pretty decent numbers and quite frankly deserves a spot on the roster.

According to Bailey Johnson of AJC, Michigan’s head coach Mel Pearson announced the move on Sunday night

Mel Pearson said last night that Brendan Brisson, Cam York, Johnny Beecher, Thomas Bordeleau and Matty Beniers will join Team USA for world juniors prior to Michigan's final series of the first half against Minnesota on Dec.
