The Flyers and Rangers battled on Thursday night at the Wells Fargo Center and there was a lot happening! Carter Hart was in net for a preseason test, the Rangers scored three unanswered goals to take a lead into the third period, James van Riemsdyk got the Flyers back in it, assisting on Ivan Provorov’s third period goal - and then followed with one of his own to get them within one. Alas, their effort would fall short after an empty netter losing 4-2.
