Philadelphia Eagles tight end Zach Ertz has already been crushing records throughout his sixth season in the NFL, and now, in addition to a host of franchise records, he’s set a new league record.
With his 10th reception on Sunday against Houston, Zach Ertz set a new all-time NFL record of 111 catches in a season by a tight end.
And with his fifth catch of the night against the Texans, Ertz moved to third on the Eagles’ franchise all-time reception list — surpassing Brian Westbrook’s 426 receptions.
