The expectation was that after Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Adoree' Jackson and Kelee Ringo struggled mightily in the team's win over the Cincinnati Bengals in preseason that there was going to be backlash from defensive coordinator Vic Fangio. Not the case though. Honestly, the polar opposite.
Fangio spoke to the media before the Eagles' practice where he was asked about Jackson and Ringo's tough performance against the Bengals. The former Denver Broncos is embracing the fact that they had their tough test and is looking forward to seeing how they respond.
“Obviously, they had some tough assignments in that game going against that quarterback and those receivers, but I think it's a great learning experience for both of them.
