Vic Fangio affirmed strong support for Quinyon Mitchell after Broncos collapse

One of the most disappointing parts of the Philadelphia Eagles' 21-17 loss to the Denver Broncos on Sunday was the play of cornerback Quinyon Mitchell.

Throughout the first three quarters of the game, Mitchell was shutting down Courtland Sutton, who didn't even have 20 yards during that span. It was the fourth quarter, where Mitchell struggled mightily, and the Broncos were able to storm back from a 14-point deficit to win the game.

Sutton got three receptions for 64 yards on Mitchell in the fourth quarter of the Broncos' win. Mitchell allowed six receptions for 81 yards and five first downs as well.
