Two recently fired offensive coordinators just fell into Eagles' desperate laps

Two weeks into the offensive coordinator search, and the Philadelphia Eagles don't appear to be anywhere close to finding the right candidate.

The Eagles have already lost out on almost 10 really good candidates, including Mike McDaniel, Brian Daboll, Mike Mafka, and many more. There is new hope that two coordinators just become available for those who could actually work.

Starting with the New York Jets, they "parted ways" with their offensive coordinator, Tanner Engstrand, after just one year, but he was going to be stripped of his play-calling duties and most likely demoted anyway, so he was essentially fired without being fired.
