After watching quarterback Tanner McKee on the field in the Philadelphia Eagles' Week 18 loss to the Washington Commanders, fans were left neither overwhelmed nor underwhelmed with his performance.
McKee finished the game, completing 21 of 40 passes for 241 yards and one touchdown to one interception, with three rushing yards to add to his stat line. A game like that, where he was prominent in showing the league he can play at a high level, McKee was asked by reporters after the 24-17 loss what he showed in the contest.
"Just feel like I’m learning and growing as a player," McKee said via The Athletic's Zach Berman.
