With Andrew Mukuba sidelined for the foreseeable future, Vic Fangio and the Eagles will now turn to their Canadian-born third-year safety Sydney Brown to anchor Philadelphia's back end.
While Eagles fans may cringe at the prospect of Brown taking meaningful snaps, Brown spoke with the media, stating that he's ready and has been since camp.
"I think as long as the team's winning, I just own my role for what it is and you know the situation that happened this past weekend just kind of fell in my favor and I'm ready you know I feel like I've been ready since camp, I think I've been since you know I got here, just had a couple of setbacks in the past, it's been something to work back from but no I think I've been ready to go since I came here so.
