Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley had a first half to remember in their Week 8 matchup against the New York Giants.
It all started on his first run of the game on the opening drive for the Eagles. Barkley did his signature 65-yard touchdown run to give the Eagles a 7-0 lead over the Giants. That was his longest run of the year.
Barkley continued his success as it was clear that Eagles offensive coordinator Kevin Patullo wanted to hand the ball off to Barkley early and often. Not only that, but Barkley was a factor in the passing game as well.
