The Philadelphia Eagles have agreed to terms on a contract with free agent wide receiver Rueben Randle, according to an official announcement from the team. The one-year deal is reportedly worth over $3 million with only $500K guaranteed.
This signing comes as a bit of a surprise. There was no previous indication the Eagles had interest in Randle. On the other hand, the Eagles' wide receiver corps isn't very deep so they can afford to add more talent and depth.
The Eagles are obviously familiar with the 24-year-old Randle due to his time spent playing for the Giants.
