Report: Eagles adding college offensive line coach to coaching staff

The Philadelphia Eagles are hiring Keiser University assistant head coach/offensive coordinator/offensive line coach Roy Istvan to their coaching staff, according to a report from Football Scoop (hat tip @igglesnut).

Istvan has ties to current Eagles offensive line coach/run game coordinator Jeff Stoutland. Istvan played college football at Southern Connecticut State while Stoutland served as offensive coordinator there. Istvan then joined Stoutland on the SCSU coaching staff after graduating.

With the Eagles reportedly deciding not to renew the contract for assistant offensive line/tight ends/run game coach Eugene Chung, they had a vacancy for an assistant to Stoutland.
