PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — According to a report from The Legal Intelligencer, Eagles head coach Chip Kelly is now on the hook for $79,374 owed to a former landlord following a lease dispute.

The dispute stems from an Old City property that Kelly began renting from Tempa Berish in April of 2013. Kelly was due to pay Berish $10,700 per month for a one-year lease.

According to Philadelphia court documents, Kelly did not properly notify Berish that he would not be renewing the lease after 12 months. The lease then automatically renewed and the rent was increased to $11,235.
