We do it every single year. We do it when the NFL schedule is released. We do it after the free agency period and after the draft. We do it when the Philadelphia Eagles start camp. If you love football, you’ve no doubt, pulled out a schedule, and looked over it to see if you can’t identify the wins and losses.
Rarely does it work out as we expect it to. Come on. How many of you had the Eagles winning Super Bowl 52 before the season started? That won’t stop any of us from pulling a sheet of paper listing all 16 of the Eagles’ games out of our pockets, smoothing it out, and writing the letter “W” or “L” next to each game.
