The drama has begun already, and the Philadelphia Eagles are trying to figure out what they are going to do with their backup quarterback, Nick Foles. Once upon a time, Foles jumped in and helped save the 2017 season when MVP hopeful Carson Wentz went down with a torn ACL. Later on that year, Foles would be named the Super Bowl MVP as the Eagles hoisted the Lombardi trophy for the first time in franchise history.
Knowing that they were going to go back to Wentz when he was healthy, the Eagles considered trading away Foles in 2018.
