While the search continues for the Philadelphia Eagles to find a new offensive coordinator for the 2020 season, it looks like one name can officially be ruled out, which would be Jay Gruden.
Even though the Eagles didn’t exactly express interest in the former Washington Redskins head coach, there was certainly plenty of discussion over whether Gruden would be a good fit at offensive coordinator since Philadelphia is still looking for a replacement to Mike Groh.
Things may not have worked out for Gruden in Washington, but part of the reason behind the discussion over the possibility of him joining the Eagles was due to his previous work as offensive coordinator with the Cincinnati Bengals.
