Barwin was seen around a few Eagles practices towards the end of the season, and Adam Caplan tweeted something about him possibly joining the personnel staff about a week ago, but that story grew legs as Barwin was recently seen at the East-West Shrine Game checking things out and talking with Andy Weidl, the Eagles’ new second in command under vice president and general manager Howie Roseman.
