Just ahead of day two of the NFL draft it was announced that Philadelphia Eagles‘ first-round selection — Jordan Davis — will wear Number 90. The 13th overall pick in last night’s first-round will look to join Corey Simon, Darren Howard, and Mike Golic — some of the most notable Eagles to wear the number. Davis’ collegiate number — 99 — is of course retired which led to the change.
Of course, there are some less encouraging players who have donned number 90 for the Eagles, especially more recently, but we don’t have to bring them up.
