The Philadelphia Eagles got some good news this week, courtesy of Washington Redskins head coach Jay Gruden. The Skins’ head man hasn’t seen enough to warrant sitting Case Keenum and handing the franchise to Dwayne Haskins.
The rest of us have, but we don’t get a vote.
Nowadays, it just feels like Case Keenum’s breakthrough season was ten years ago. Now, we all know it wasn’t. It was Keenum’s Minnesota Vikings that had to be disposed of en route to the Eagles punching their ticket to Super Bowl LII. That wasn’t even two seasons ago.
