Well, whether the NFL ever rids itself of any of its’ preseason games or not, won’t be determined for quite some time. Until they do, we can expect things to continue as they always have for the foreseeable future. In the short term, that means four preseason games going forward, and that will be the case until further notice. For the Philadelphia Eagles, the third game of their 2019 preseason slate comes on Thursday night.
