The Philadelphia Eagles shuffle the deck again.
Heading into Week 2, Philadelphia Eagles fans feel a whole lot better than they did at about 4:30 p.m. EST on September 13th. Miles Sanders should play on Sunday as should Derek Barnett and Lane Johnson. That’s good news, but right around lunchtime on the Saturday before their second game of the 2020 season, they were still tweaking their roster.
According to an official team statement, they’ve elevated cornerback Trevor Williams from the practice squad to the active roster for Sunday’s game against the Rams.
