Calling the NFL big business might actually be an understatement. Still, with a salary cap, some teams are restricted to budgeting and bargain shopping. The Philadelphia Eagles are projected to be the team that may have the least amount of cap space when the free agency period begins, anything they do might be limited to signing good players who may not cost as much. Enter John Brown.
Now, don’t panic yet. A restructure here and a release there may give Philly some wiggle room to make a move or two. With the wide receiver position being one that needs some fine tuning, one of the guys that may interest them could be the aforementioned John Brown, a guy that may soon be a former member of the Baltimore Ravens.
