With one signing, the Dallas Cowboys and their fans are chirping again. If you’re a Philadelphia Eagles fan, you already know how this works. The same things are said annually. Every offseason, we hear the Cowboys are a Super Bowl contender. Then, the season starts, and they manage to underachieve. Often they don’t even make the postseason.
