Philadelphia Eagles announce changes to finalize 2015 scouting department

According to an official release, the Philadelphia Eagles have finalized their scouting department. Full details here.

Philadelphia's front office has seen significant change ever since former general manager Howie Roseman was "promoted" out of the team's player personnel department early in 2015. Head coach Chip Kelly and vice president of player personnel Ed Marynowitz fired a number of key Eagles scouting personnel following the 2015 NFL Draft. Now the changes are complete.
