Philadelphia Eagles: A three-step offseason plan to get back on track

Vice president and general manager Howie Roseman and the Philadelphia Eagles are faced with one of their most important offseasons in recent memory. The team has steadily declined in each season that has followed their Super Bowl win, and it’s up to Roseman to recognize that and make the necessary changes.

Since the championship season, Philadelphia has put together two straight 9-7 seasons, advancing to the Divisional Round of the NFC Playoffs last season and the Wildcard Round this year. For the most part, the roster remained intact over that stretch but remained flawed and aging.
