Perhaps the most shocking NFL news in the last decade popped up this past Saturday during what was thought to be another boring week of NFL preseason. As the third week of the preseason was beginning to wrap up, some ridiculously shocking news came out of Indianapolis.
As the Colts were playing against the Chicago Bears, a report regarding Colts’ franchise quarterback Andrew Luck surfaced on the internet and sent the football world into a frenzy. The initial report speculated that Luck was ready to call it quits at age 29.
While the news that came out was real, Luck had every intention of making the announcement official on Tuesday.
