There wasn't a guy in U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who was happier to see the Philadelphia Eagles beat the Vikings 28-22 than quarterback Jalen Hurts.
It was singlehandedly the best passing performance Hurts has ever had in a single game. He completed 19 of 23 passes for 326 yards and three touchdowns. That's a completion percentage of over 80% and a perfect passer rating of 158.3, the third Eagles signal caller ever to do that, joining Nick Foles and Donovan McNabb.
After the game, Hurts got the attention of the media when he was caught celebrating with tight end Dallas Goedert in the tunnel of the stadium, entering the locker room.
