Philadelphia Eagles general manager Howie Roseman was one of the busiest in the NFL leading up to the trade deadline, executing three trades in the last week and reportedly making additional calls for deals.
Some of the rumored big-name players he was targeting over the last few months were Micah Parsons, before he was traded from the Dallas Cowboys to the Green Bay Packers. Roseman also had reportedly made an offer for three first-round picks to try to pick up Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett, but Cleveland was not willing to part ways with him.
