As expected, Philadelphia Eagles general manager Howie Roseman has been as active as any general manager could be in the NFL.
Within the final week of the trade deadline, Roseman has struck two deals with the New York Jets and Baltimore Ravens. The Eagles have acquired cornerbacks Michael Carter II and Jaire Alexander to fill an immediate need at the position.
Philly has addressed their cornerback position, but there is still work to be done on defense. Every Eagles fan wants the team to add an edge rusher, and so does the franchise, but the right deal has to fall into place.
