FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- Miles Austin will not play Sunday's game against the New England Patriots. The Eagles made him a healthy scratch for the first time this season, listing him among the seven inactives.
Starting Defensive end Cedric Thornton is inactive because of an ankle injury. Taylor Hart will start in his place. Quarterback Sam Bradford will return to the lineup, and left tackle Jason Peters is active even though he was questionable for the game.
The other inactives are quarterback Thad Lewis, running back Ryan Mathews, cornerback Denzel Rice, offensive lineman Barrett Jones, and offensive lineman Tanner Hawkinson.
