McLane: Eagles offense rolls up 443 yards but stalls out in clutch

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. - Four games. Four opportunities to go ahead late. Four losses.

The Eagles once again had the ball and a chance to drive for the lead with less than five minutes left, and they once again failed to deliver in the clutch. A victory might have qualified as yet another Miracle at the Meadowlands, considering how poorly the Eagles had played in the first half, but the New York Giants avoided embarrassment and survived, 28-23, on Sunday.

Eagles safety Malcolm Jenkins stood up after the game and reassured the 4-4 Eagles that they weren't a bad team.
