“(Head coach) Dan (Quinn) obviously has a different personality than Mike Smith, and I think guys have done a great job of buying into the program and believing in what Dan is telling us,” Ryan said Thursday afternoon in a conference call with the Philadelphia media. “Practices have been different. Just the atmosphere in general is a different environment, and I think it’s one that guys have enjoyed and responded well to.”
The veteran and his team are looking forward to the game against the Eagles, but they are preparing for a very different Philadelphia secondary than in the past.
