Kamar Aiken, Eagles agree to contract

One day after releasing wide receiver Marquess Wilson, it appears the Philadelphia Eagles are bringing in another pass catcher to take his place. NFL agent David Canter tweeted that his client Kamar Aiken has signed with the Eagles on a one-year deal.

Aiken is the second name on this list of free agents with Eagles connections that I assembled earlier this offseason. Here’s what I wrote at the time about the 6-2, 213 pound wide out.

Aiken and Douglas overlapped in 2014. Douglas left Baltimore in 2015, which is when Aiken had a career year: 75 receptions for 944 yards and five touchdowns.
