Justin Simmons released: Should the Eagles sign him?

It’s no secret the Eagles desperately need some help at the safety position, and this seems to be the perfect off-season to address that deficiency. NFL teams have been dropping their top-talented safeties over the past few days, including Denver releasing All-Pro Justin Simmons.

Simmons, who was set to make $18.25M, was a cap casualty for the Broncos and will now hit the free agency market for the first time in his career.

The eight-year veteran was drafted by the Broncos in 2016, and has gone on to be one of the top safeties in the league.
