One of the pleasant surprises of the Philadelphia Eagles' training camp was rookie first-round pick Jihaad Campbell being ready to practice with the team on day one. It appears the rookie is moving up quickly on the depth chart.
During day three of Eagles training camp, Campbell was seen taking first-team reps on defense with Zack Baun at inside linebacker. NBC Sports Philadelphia Eagles reporter Dave Zangaro cautioned fans that it might not mean that Campbell is the game one starter.
"Rookie linebacker Jihaad Campbell got his first first-team reps of training camp on Saturday as the Eagles began to mix him in a bit.
