Instant analysis: Eagles sign former Bengals linebacker

After releasing veteran LB Paul Worrilow yesterday, the Eagles have started off their week by signing someone to take his place.

Worley went undrafted last year and landed with the Bengals. While most of his time was spent on the practice squad, the 6’1, 242 lbs linebacker was called up later in the year, appearing in two games.

Worley was cut by the Bengals in July and caught on with the Seahawks, who waived him shortly after.

What’s interesting is that during his time as a Buckeye, he was among the most versatile players on defense.
