Injury update: Eagles will be without Brandon Brooks for playoff run

The Eagles took care of business against the New York Giants on Sunday, earning them their second NFC East title in three years…but it came at a price.

Franchise right guard Brandon Brooks was carted off the field during the game and it was revealed on monday morning that he will miss the remainder of the season. The Pro-Bowler sustained a separated shoulder with more damage and will need surgery.

This is a huge blow to the Eagles, who were without Lane Johnson this week. TCU’s Matt Pryor stepped in for Brooks when he went down and his first-ever NFL start is going to be a playoff game against a rampant Seahawks D-line.
