There were a lot of happy faces inside and outside the Philadelphia Eagles' organization to see offensive tackle Fred Johnson back in the building this week.
On Sunday, the Eagles pulled off three trades, with one of them involving a call to the Jacksonville Jaguars to acquire their tackle back. Philly traded a Day three draft pick in exchange for Johnson.
Johnson spent the last two seasons in Philadelphia as a backup swing tackle, being able to play on the left and right sides. Jordan Mailata's injury the previous year threw Johnson in at left tackle, and he performed well.
